Marie Bussing-Burks, D.A.

Marie Bussing-Burks holds an M.B.A. and a doctorate of arts in economics. She has been an adjunct instructor in the economics and finance department at USI since 1991. Bussing-Burks is the author of The Young Zillionaire's Guide to Taxation (2000), Profit from the Evening News : using leading economic indicators to make smart money decisions (2001) and Influential Economists (2003), and Money for Minors: A Student’s Guide to Economics (2008).

Bussing-Burks enjoys serving on the boards of USI Foundation, Evansville Commerce Bank, and St. Mary's Health System. She lives in Evansville with her family.
