Laci M. Rogers earned a Doctor of Philosophy with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Florida State University. She previously earned a Masters of Business Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas.

Her work has been published at the Journal of Managerial Psychology and Career Development International, and has been presented at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Annual International Conference on Occupational Stress and Health, and at the Annual Meeting of the Southern Management Association.  Her research examines mentoring and career development relationships, social influence processes, and generational issues in organizations.
