2011 Anchor Industries Party Tent Design Challenge
Anchor Industries, Inc., the largest tent manufacturer in the US, is
pleased to announce their first student ideation contest. The contest
intends to challenge students to explore a variety of design issues and develop
a new form of tent structure that can be introduced into the event rental
market. Anchor tent products are used at large corporate, hospitality, and
sporting events as well as private functions, such as designer weddings. The
theme of the contest is “PARTY ON” and students are challenged to consider
innovative ways to make the spaces used for these events unique and special.
