This is my favorite source of printed news.  You will need to fill out an application to gain access, but it is free of charge.

The British Broadcasting System has very broad international coverage.  Sometimes it is difficult to sort through to the economic content.   

 

An old time favorite is the International Herald Tribune.

 

The Christian Science Monitor has a reputation for international coverage.
